Monday
We will start learning about volcanic hazards (notes handout). If you are gone, read 286-289 (honors 288-291).
Tuesday
Students will watch a video called Earth's Deadliest Eruption. If you are gone, watch the video online here.
Wednesday
Students will continue to learn about volcanic hazards. If you were gone, watch this short YouTube video
Thursday
Students will do a lab to called "Magma and Lava". If you were gone, read pages 70-74 and do questions 1-7 page 74 (Honors: Read 55-60 and do 1-7 p. 62).
Friday
We will review the three types of volcanism, and then students will learn about 3 great eruptions.
